I am curious why Qatar Airways would choose the Boeing 787 over the Airbus A350 for its fleet, especially considering passenger comfort.
From my experience flying on a Qatar Airways 787 between Doha and London, the cabin felt quite cramped. The 3-3-3 seating configuration in economy made the space noticeably tight, to the point where it was uncomfortable during meals, with very little elbow room.
Given that experience, I find it difficult to understand why the airline would lean more toward the 787 if it results in a less comfortable product compared to alternatives like the A350.
