I am feeling frustrated with the process of claiming miles from Singapore Airlines. Every time I try to fix mileage credit issues, it feels unnecessarily complicated and time-consuming, almost like the system is designed to discourage claims.
In my recent case, my miles were incorrectly credited to the wrong account. I had to send multiple emails, with each response requesting additional information. Even after several exchanges, I was told the correction could take up to eight weeks to process.
It feels unreasonable that it takes so many steps and so long to fix an error that was not my fault. Because of this delay, I also missed the opportunity to maintain my Gold status. What should have been a small mileage gap has now turned into a much larger shortfall due to the processing delay.
Overall, I am wondering if others have experienced similar issues with mileage claims and slow resolution times in the KrisFlyer program.
