I recently flew in Club World on the Airbus A380 operated by British Airways and was seated on the upper deck.
One thing that stood out to me was how large the bathroom was. It felt extremely spacious compared to other aircraft lavatories, almost large enough to fit several people at once.
I am wondering whether the lower deck bathrooms on the A380 are also this large or if this is unique to the upper deck configuration. I am also curious if other aircraft or airlines have similarly large lavatories.
It made me question why so much space is allocated to the bathroom area instead of other uses, although I have to admit it did make the experience feel more premium overall.
