My partner and I had a Carnival cruise booked, but I recently found out he wasn’t honest about the actual cost. I ended up paying a large portion of it without realizing the full price until I called Carnival myself.
Now he’s saying he’s going to change my name on the reservation and that he’ll “send me my money” when he does. My name is still on the booking right now, and I set up a PIN directly with Carnival over the phone.
Customer service is closed until the morning, so I’m kind of stuck stressing about it.
What are my options here? Can he actually remove me without my consent? And if I call first thing, can I cancel or request a refund myself since my name is on the reservation?
