I am currently planning a stay at an all inclusive resort that offers a kids club with supervised childcare. My son is 7 years old and fairly picky with food, so we were considering using the kids club for about 1 to 2 hours while we go to a non kid friendly restaurant on the property.
That said, I feel unsure about it because it feels a bit like leaving him in a daycare setting in a foreign country, which makes me second guess whether this is actually common or appropriate.
For parents who travel frequently to all inclusive resorts, how normal is it to use kids clubs in this way? Do most families feel comfortable with it, and are there things you typically check before deciding to leave your child there?
