Bought Gold status back in Aug 2025 for $69 and it was supposed to last through Dec 2026.
My husband’s account still shows Gold, but mine randomly dropped to Silver even though I paid for it and have flown this year.
Tried chat support and got nowhere. They kept asking for more info, then ended the chat without fixing anything.
Now waiting on a callback but not feeling hopeful.
Anyone else had their status just disappear like this?
