Flew MAN IST HKT on Nov 3. Paid for extra legroom/emergency exit seats on both legs. First flight was fine. Second flight got a last-minute aircraft change and when we boarded, our “extra legroom” seats were just regular economy. No space, no exit row.
FA told us it’d be easy to get a refund or compensation. Filled out the TK feedback form and they replied saying we did sit in the correct seats. Sent photos, pushed back four times, and they still closed the case.
Anyone dealt with Turkish denying seat fees after an aircraft swap? Not sure what to do next.
