Flying tonight on an extra legroom fare and specifically picked an aisle at the front of the section. I like being close to the bathroom and that’s literally why I chose it.
Checked in and they had automatically moved me to a middle seat toward the back of the extra legroom cabin.
First time this has ever happened to me, especially when I paid extra for a specific seat. I know Southwest is still new to assigned seating, but this doesn’t exactly inspire confidence.
Has anyone else had their seat changed at check in like this? Were you able to get it fixed at the gate?
