Just boarded a transatlantic United flight and found out they moved me out of the Economy Plus seat I paid for. I’d spent about $400 total for extra legroom and Premier Access. Checked a few days ago and my seat was still showing fine now I’m stuck in regular economy (48D) with no priority boarding.
FA said the flight’s full and there’s nothing they can do. Has anyone dealt with this before? What’s the best way to get a refund for both Economy Plus and Premier Access once I land?
