Booked a two-week stay at a so-called luxury villa in Kissimmee through Exclusive Private Villas, managed by Magical Vacation Homes. Cost us over $27,000 and it was a total disaster.
No internet for the first two days (they said it was “out of their control”), broken arcade games, dead outlets, no outdoor lighting, a Sonos system that didn’t work, and even the cinema projector quit. Every time we called, they promised to send someone… no one came.
For that price, you expect five-star service. What we got was pure negligence. Both companies just passed blame. If you’re ever looking at these two, don’t.
