Just a heads up for anyone sailing on Royal Caribbean.
While you can buy common over-the-counter medication onboard (there is a vending machine on Oasis-class ships), it appears the machine is not available overnight for a long window, roughly around 11 hours.
This means if you need something like Tylenol or similar medication during the night (for example around midnight), you may not be able to purchase it until the morning.
When I asked guest services, I was told there were no other options unless I went through a medical visit, which obviously comes with additional cost.
So just a warning for future cruisers: it is probably best to bring your own basic medications rather than relying on onboard availability.
