Walked past the Kia Center last week and caught a glimpse of the future Westcourt is finally moving ahead! This $500 million mixed-use project will include a Kimpton hotel, apartments, a Live Nation venue, and tons of retail and office space. The location couldn’t be better downtown Orlando is definitely stepping up its game. The Orlando Magic and their partners are turning a long-awaited vision into a destination.
If they stick to schedule, construction starts later this year or early 2026. I’m hoping this brings more life to the area, especially on non-game nights.
