One guy decided it was a great idea to have a full hour long conference call with his company’s board… on speaker. The entire lounge could hear everything.
Staff asked him multiple times to use headphones or move to the phone booths, and he basically told them to go away and kept going.
The weirdest part was that the whole place ended up hearing what sounded like serious internal drama at his company. At one point they were talking about someone named Kevin and it really didn’t sound like things were going well for him.
Some people just have zero lounge etiquette.
