I’m trying to check in online from Germany on the official Lufthansa website, using the same method I’ve used for years, entering my name and booking reference.
However, the current mobile website only shows options to log in with a Travel ID or create one. I’m not seeing the option to check in simply with booking reference and name.
Has the airline removed the ability to check in online without a Travel ID, effectively making account creation mandatory? The flight was booked recently through their official website without using a Travel ID.
