Flying out of Hong Kong on Cathay in a few days. I have oneworld Emerald, which normally gets me plus one guest into the lounge. The problem is I’m traveling with my partner and our 2 year old, and the child now counts as a guest.
On the outbound we tried our luck and were turned away, so I’m not counting on goodwill this time. Does anyone know if there’s a Cathay or oneworld lounge at HKG where you can pay for an extra guest on top of Emerald access so the kid is guaranteed in?
Flight timing lines up with nap time so the toddler will likely just be asleep. Just trying to avoid a gate wait if possible
