I have to admit I didn’t even know Jon Bon Jovi’s Soul Kitchen was still going this strong, but seeing it ranked as the highest-rated celebrity-owned restaurant in the US kinda made my day. I love that it’s donation-based, no prices on the menu, and you can cover a meal for someone else or volunteer if you can’t pay. That’s a pretty refreshing change from all the overpriced, Instagram-hyped places we usually see in these kinds of lists.
Also, funny to see spots like Ryan Gosling’s Tagine or Ralph Lauren’s PolBar show up too.Has anyone actually eaten at Soul Kitchen? How's the food holds up when it’s all for a good cause.
