Oman Air is planning a major fleet expansion starting in late 2025 or early 2026. The airline is looking to acquire both narrowbody and widebody aircraft to support growth and modernization. This move is part of its broader strategy to restructure operations and return to profitability. Oman Air has begun phasing out its Airbus A330s and enhancing the use of Boeing aircraft. The expansion aligns with projected regional fleet growth of over 7% annually. Oman Air will officially join the oneworld alliance on 30 June 2025 to strengthen its global network.
