I’m flying JFK→FRA→MCT tomorrow on an Aeroplan award with SQ + WY in business. Checked in fine for the SQ leg, but the WY segment won’t let me check in Oman Air’s site says “check-in not allowed due to missing VCR.”
From what I can gather a VCR is basically the proof of payment for the ticket, so now I’m nervous the reissue from WY joining Oneworld messed something up. Apps all show different ticket numbers, SQ is the only one showing seat assignments, and the whole booking feels a little “broken.”
Anyone run into this before? Worried I’ll get stuck in FRA trying to check in manually with WY.
