Odd customer service experience at SEA, should I be worried?

A couple weeks ago I flew SEA–PHL and stopped at the Alaska desk to get PreCheck added since I’d forgotten my TSA number. The agent was super nice and helpful, but the whole interaction was a little weird.


She stayed on a phone call the whole time, had her phone propped up on the counter facing her, and when I handed her my ID, she read my name, birthdate, and address out loud all while still on the call.


I don’t want to accuse anyone of anything, but it just felt off.
