Not sure what Delta will charge me for bags on JFK–PIT

Flying Delta from JFK to PIT and kinda stressing about the bags. I’ve got a checked bag, a carry-on, and a personal item. Not sure if that combo is going to get pricey or if I should just make the carry-on small enough to count as a personal item and stick with one checked bag.
