Like others have reported, it seems I may no longer be receiving Hilton Honors points when booking through Concur.
I have two upcoming stays booked using two different rate plans, and I recently received notifications that both are not eligible for points or benefits.
This is confusing because I stayed at a Hilton property just last week using a similar booking method and still received points. I’ve also used the same rate structure at this hotel for the past few years without issue.
If this is now a consistent policy change, it significantly reduces the value of staying loyal to Hilton for corporate travel, especially compared to other hotel programs.
