Not acceptable in a Marriott breakfast area

I saw a guest eating breakfast in a way that looked completely relaxed and casual, almost as if he were at home.

However, since this was a shared hotel breakfast setting, I felt his level of comfort and behavior was a bit too informal for the environment and not appropriate for the space.
