I don’t usually fly with American Airlines, but it was one of the few options available for my trip. I had a connection in Dallas and am currently on my return flight to the Northeast.
We’re about 2 hours into a 3.5-hour flight with around 1.5 hours remaining, and there hasn’t been any snack or beverage service in economy so far. First class has been served, but nothing has been offered in the main cabin.
There hasn’t been any turbulence either, so I’m a bit confused. On my earlier 1.5-hour flight into Dallas, there was normal service, which makes this stand out even more.
Is this typical, or is something unusual going on?
