On a 6 to 7 hour domestic flight, it feels unreasonable that there is no proper meal service, no in-flight entertainment, and no WiFi.
Calling it a “premium” experience does not match reality when basic needs like food are only covered by a limited buy-on-board option that feels like a glorified vending service.
I struggle to see the value in paying for a legacy carrier in this situation if these essentials are not included.
