Looks like I may have gotten lucky on my upcoming IAD–MUC flight, as the seat map appears to show the new business class cabin.
I’m still hoping for a first class upgrade, although partner award availability seems to have mostly disappeared lately. Has anyone seen any check-in upgrade offers recently?
A few questions for those familiar with this aircraft:
Has the first class cabin also been refurbished, or is it still the older product?
Is business class located on the upper deck, lower deck, or both?
And what is located behind row 28 on this configuration? Does economy start there, or is there another cabin section before it?
Appreciate any insights from anyone who has flown this setup recently.
