Inspired by their stays in tropical villas, they’re bringing a one-of-a-kind, 11-suite retreat to West MLK Jr. Drive. Think fireplaces, kitchenettes, saunas, and even massage options all just minutes from downtown and Navicent Baldwin hospital. The city council approved the zoning, and the project is set to break ground soon. What’s even cooler? Locals will help design the suite interiors and vote on the final looks!
