New Boutique Hotel in Milledgeville Aims to Redefine Local Stays- With a Community Twist

Milledgeville, Georgia is getting a unique new place to stay! Local couple Joshua and Aerin Flournoy just got the green light from city council to build an 11-suite boutique hotel featuring villa-style bungalows. Set on 7.5 acres near downtown and Navicent Baldwin hospital, the hotel will offer keyless entry, saunas, putting greens, and local food partnerships. What makes it extra special? The Flournoys are letting the community help design the suites! Local creatives can submit concepts, and residents will vote on their favorites.

Would you stay at a hotel designed by your own neighbors? What amenities would you love to see in a boutique stay?
