Need to move 750k points before Dec 31, which program is best?

Got 750k points from an international credit card that expire Dec 31 and I have to transfer them somewhere. All partners are 1:1.

Options: Aeroplan, Flying Blue, LifeMiles, British Airways, Copa ConnectMiles, Etihad Guest, Iberia, and Turkish Miles&Smiles.

I’m usually flying out of San Diego or LA, mostly domestic but sometimes Western Europe. Which of these gives the best value?

Also curious why no one’s mentioned Avianca LifeMiles, I’ve used them for domestic United awards at 15k before and it went smoothly.
