Need ideas for a multigenerational AI where everyone can spend differently

Planning a June all inclusive with grandparents, siblings, and our two kids (1 and 3). Total group of 8.

My parents are picky eaters, so I’d hate for them to pay Grand Velas prices and not really enjoy it. Easy dining on site is a big reason we want AI in the first place. I don’t want anyone stressing about off resort transport or reservations.

At the same time, we’re celebrating our 3 year old’s birthday and would be happy to splurge on our end for something special. Great service, kid friendly touches, maybe in room amenities or snacks, that kind of thing.

I’m stuck between wanting to book somewhere like Grand Velas for ourselves but not wanting to force that price point on the rest of the group. I’ve looked at places like Paradisus where we could do a nicer swim up or concierge level room while others stay in cheaper categories. Hyatt Ziva feels more expensive across the board without much difference between room types. Also looked at Finest, but the upgraded rooms don’t quite feel like the splurge I’m hoping for.

Has anyone done a multigenerational trip where different room budgets actually worked well? Any resorts where premium rooms feel worth it but standard rooms are still a good value?
