Need help resolving noisy ceiling issue at resort

I go vacation in all inclusive resorts with my kids and husband about twice a year. We really don’t complain about anything. As long as food is ok we have a bed to sleep on pool or beach to swim in we’re all good. We’re back in Barcelo Bavaro Palace ( 3rd time). There’s this knocking noise, in the ceiling. My husband is a plumber and took tiles off the ceiling and said it’s pipes the cool the room. He tried to move them up or down slightly to see it they’re hitting something but nothing makes a difference. We called front desk and went to front desk and supposedly they sent people over here during the day ( when we were not here, at the beach ) that were supposed to fix this but we keep coming back to our room and nothing changed. Now I called again and the girl said Menager will be in tomorrow and didn’t want to give her name and hung up on me. We’ve only been here for one night so far and my kids were waking up at night asking who’s knocking on the door. At this point I’ve already told them that we either need this fixed or switch rooms ( that I really don’t want to do but this is like Chinese water torture ) . Can someone tell me how can I get this resolved quickly? Where do I go ? Who to ask for? I really hate complaining but this is just do hard to sleep through. Please help.
