I’m planning to book Singapore Airlines flights from Chennai to Singapore through HSBC Hopper for two adults and an infant. When I try to book via Hopper, I’m unable to select seats. However, when I attempt the same itinerary directly on the Singapore Airlines website, I can choose seats near the bassinet, which is important since I’m travelling with an infant.
I really want to book through HSBC Hopper to maximize my rewards, but I’m not sure how to select bassinet-friendly seats when booking there. Has anyone managed to pick specific seats (especially near bassinets) when booking through Hopper? If so, what steps should I follow?
