Name autofilled wrong and now the ticket doesn’t match my ID

Booked a Frontier flight to LA and made a Frontier Miles account at the same time. Used the name I actually go by (Jane), not my legal name (Frederick), and it autofilled the ticket with the wrong one. Didn’t notice until a week later.


Called Frontier and they said they couldn’t fix it over the phone, just told me to submit docs through the form. Sent in my ID and the details and now waiting on the 48 hour review.


Anyone been through this? Did they charge the name change fee or make you rebook at the current price?
