I’m scheduled to fly out tomorrow, and my reservation was canceled with “environmental reasons” listed as the explanation. It feels like a vague justification that may be used to get around standard cancellation policies.
This last-minute cancellation has left me scrambling to make alternate arrangements right before my trip. Needless to say, I’m extremely frustrated with how the situation was handled and hope the platform reviews cases like this more closely.
