I just found out my February 2026 Carnival Conquest cruise was canceled… again. This is the second time the ship’s dry dock has been rescheduled now it’s set for February instead of January. Four Bahamas sailings were affected, including mine. While it’s frustrating, Carnival is offering compensation: we can rebook a similar cruise at the same fare, plus get up to $100 in onboard credit. Otherwise, we’ll get a full refund after September 1.
I was really looking forward to this trip, so now I’m stuck deciding between finding another date or canceling altogether. Anyone else dealing with this reschedule? If you’ve been through a dry dock cancellation before, did the compensation feel worth it or did you just take the refund?
