MSC upgrade offer wording is confusing, is this the total?

Sailing on Seascape in about a week and this upgrade offer has me second guessing. They put in a bid to go from a Fantastica inside to a Deluxe Oceanview, and MSC countered with an Aurea Suite for a bit more.

What’s not clear is whether that “bit more” is on top of the original upgrade offer, or if the new number they’re showing is the total price to upgrade. Never done one of these before and don’t want to accidentally agree to way more than expected.

If anyone’s done MSC upgrade bids and got a counter like this, how did it work out?
