Trying to get 24 high schoolers plus 3 adults to JFK in April and our school bus can only get us as far as Hartford or maybe New Haven. From there we need to move everyone plus all the bags to JFK that same evening, then do the reverse on the way back.
I’ve reached out to a few shuttle and charter companies but hoping locals might know what actually works for a group this size. Is there a reliable charter bus option that won’t destroy the budget? Or is a train + AirTrain combo even realistic with 27 people and luggage? Open to any hybrid ideas if you’ve seen them work
