I always love when a roundup hits that sweet spot between design and experience, and this Vogue list of boutique hotels really nails it. From retro Airstream vibes in Marfa to the artsy elegance of The Maker in Hudson, it’s a reminder that small hotels can punch way above their room count. The Marlton in NYC is a personal favorite cozy but packed with charm (plus that included breakfast doesn’t hurt.
I am surprised by how many of these spots blend old-school Americana with very current aesthetics. Makes me want to plan a cross-country boutique crawl.
