My last two hotel stays, which were part of Marriott’s first 2026 promotion, have not yet been credited to my Bonvoy account.
I contacted Bonvoy support and was told that the credits may not post until up to six weeks after the promotion ends. This is different from my previous experience, where stays were usually credited shortly after checkout.
Has anyone else run into delays like this with promotional night credits?
