Missing middle name on booking

Hi all, I hope this is appropriate to ask here.

I have a flight booked from Dublin to Orlando this weekend. I hold an Irish passport where my full forename includes my middle name (for example, “John Joe” as the forename and “Smith” as the surname).

However, I booked the ticket through a third-party travel provider, and they only included my first given name on the reservation (for example, “John Smith”).

I’m wondering if this will cause any issues at check-in or boarding, or if having only the first given name is acceptable as long as the surname matches.
