Family of 4 (with two little kids) showed up to ATL super early for a 9am Frontier flight… like 5:20am early. Thought we were playing it safe.
TSA was absolute chaos that morning. Lines barely moved and we ended up stuck there for hours and never even made it to the gate.
Got marked as a no-show and had to panic buy Delta tickets for almost $2.5k just to get home.
Filed a refund request but not feeling very hopeful. Hard to swallow when it was completely out of our control.
