Flew TPE to Seattle on Starlux with a connection to DC on the same ticket. Flight was delayed, so we already knew the connection would be tight.
Asked the Starlux desk for help as soon as we landed and they basically told us to rush and we’d make it… even though we still had immigration, bags, customs, and TSA ahead.
No chance. Missed the flight.
Now getting bounced between Starlux and Alaska trying to get rebooked, and nobody really taking ownership.
Super frustrating since we asked for help before missing it.
