We’re supposed to cruise at the end of this month, but my husband is active duty and was just told he can’t leave the state due to current events.
We didn’t buy travel insurance because there was zero plan to cancel.
Carnival said they would need orders, but he doesn’t have deployment orders. He’s just restricted from leaving the state. He can get official documentation stating that, just not actual orders.
Has anyone dealt with something similar? Will Carnival usually offer a future cruise credit in situations like this, or are we likely out of luck?
