Lufthansa has expanded its frequent flyer benefits by allowing Miles & More members to earn status-qualifying points when staying at any hotel within the Marriott Bonvoy portfolio. Starting immediately, members who stay in qualifying stays at Marriott hotels globally—ranging from budget to luxury brands—can now accumulate the nights toward Frequent Traveller, Senator, or HON Circle status. The change adds flexibility and value for travelers who mix air and land travel, especially as hotel loyalty programs increasingly overlap with airlines. Lufthansa says this is part of its strategy to strengthen customer loyalty and integrate wider travel experiences beyond just flying.
