I wanted to share a positive experience from Alaska Airlines flight 1458 from San Diego (SAN) to Dallas (DFW) today.
Just after pushback from the gate, a passenger experienced a medical emergency and became unresponsive. Fellow passengers quickly noticed something was wrong and alerted the cabin crew.
The crew responded promptly, and the passenger was safely assisted off the aircraft and transferred to the appropriate medical care on the ground. After the situation was resolved, the flight continued taxiing and prepared for departure.
Overall, it was a well-handled situation by both passengers and crew.
