Marriott TVs now forcing you to watch 10 minutes of ads?

Just stayed at a Marriott and the TV literally locked up with 10 minutes of commercials before I could even change the channel. I’m lifetime Platinum, spend 200 nights a year, Bonvoy card and all, but between that and paying $10 a night for parking in the middle of nowhere, I think I’m done.
