Marriott showing the right stays but the wrong total nights

Weird issue with my Bonvoy account. I had 48 nights, then did a 3-night Westin stay. The stay posted correctly, shows the 3 nights, but the total only went up to 49 instead of 51. I even dumped all my 2025 stays into Excel just to sanity check… it really should be 51.


Emailed customer service twice and they keep replying “the nights have been credited,” which isn’t the problem.


Anyone run into this before? Any idea how to get Marriott to actually fix the total?
