Just noticed Marriott sliding a tipping prompt right into the app for my upcoming stay. Maybe it’s new or maybe I just never saw it before, but it feels like yet another grab. If someone earns a tip, I’ll take care of it myself with actual cash. I don’t need an app telling me when to do it.
