Saw this article and kinda wild to see hotel execs basically trashing Bonvoy members who use points.
Calling them “freeloaders” feels pretty out of touch, especially when those same people probably earned those points through paid stays or credit cards.
Also funny that redeeming points at luxury hotels costs a ton anyway, so it’s not like it’s some free-for-all.
Feels more like they’re annoyed about lost revenue than anything else.
