I am looking for advice regarding a recent issue with Marriott Bonvoy.
I recently completed a 7-night stay at LaLuna in Grenada. I booked the stay through my Marriott account using the app and paid with my Bonvoy credit card.
After two weeks, the points and nights still had not posted to my account, so I submitted a missing stay request. I provided the reservation confirmation number and an incidentals bill as supporting documentation.
However, Marriott has since denied my claim for crediting the stay.
Has anyone experienced something similar, and is there any recommended way to resolve this?
