It’s so annoying. People are being paid to spend hours a day annoying us.
If you want people to check in their bags, ask once, offer them money or miles or a drink coupon for fixing the mess YOU created (by charging for checked baggage), then STFU.
I love Southwest employees, BTW. I feel bad for them, that they’re forced into this cringe song and dance.
